Civil litigation, appeals, and mediation in cases ranging from personal injury and wrongful death to commercial, contract, and collections are handled by litigation attorneys John Stooksberry, William Herrscher, Joe Luce, and Bill Boyd. Mr. Stooksberry is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.
Real estate attorney T. J. Lane handles commercial and residential real estate matters. Mr. Lane represents property owners in condemnation and municipal law matters.
Business and professional services, including incorporation, business planning, and contracts are provided by Jerry Kagay*, April Nordhaus* and William Herrscher. Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate and tax planning advice for clients of all incomes are offered by Mr. Kagay and April Nordhaus.
Probate matters were handled by the late Ed Veigel who was greatly respected and admired in Collin County for his legal professionalism. The firm will continue to serve probate clients through Jerry Kagay*, Ryan Nordhaus and William Herrscher.
Bankruptcy attorney Robert T. DeMarco handles individual and business bankruptcy matters.
